Austin Riggs is an Associate Partner at FulcrumQ with over 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, venture building, and operational leadership across B2B technology, fintech, healthcare, and social-impact sectors. He has developed strategic plans for eight companies, driven the launch three new ventures, led multiple acquisitions, and raised more than $150 million in growth capital. Prior to FulcrumQ, Austin has held corporate strategy and M&A roles at the fintech Better as it grew 5X, built and led a Global Innovation Lab at the IRC, and was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company advising clients on digital strategy, private-equity diligence, and post-merger integration. Today at FulcrumQ, he is thrilled to be working with clients to translate complex business strategies into specific talent and organization actions, helping his clients align talent with enterprise value creation at critical inflection points.
