Jeroo is a Partner at FulcrumQ with her over 30 years of diverse experience in Human Resources, having worked extensively with large international banks in India, across both HR Business Partnering and COE roles. Her career reflects a strong track record of leading transformation, building capability, and partnering closely with business leadership in value creation. As Head of HR (Retail) for a large international bank in India, Jeroo led two large-scale restructuring initiatives to align the organization with its growth strategy. She subsequently co- led the HR integration of two Banks, contributing to a complex and high-impact transition. In addition to her corporate leadership experience, Jeroo has worked in management consulting, advising financial institutions and industry clients. Notably, as a consultant to a new entrant foreign bank, she set up the bank’s training and leadership development framework and methodology from the ground up. As partner at FulcrumQ, managing the India business, she is building the firm’s presence in India and realizing the significant potential for Talent to Value and our AI-enabled tools in the Indian market.
