Shefali Salwan

Shefali Salwan is the founder of FulcrumQ. As the architect of the Talent to Value Academy, she leads the capability-building engine that certifies the next generation of T2V practitioners and transfers the methodology into client organizations worldwide. Her work ensures that Talent to Value moves from advisory insight to embedded organizational muscle. Over the course of her career, Shefali has personally coached CEOs from more than 50 countries and guided over 150 C-suite leaders through deep-dive assessments and development plans, all anchored in connecting human capital decisions directly to value creation, not process management. She is passionate about pushing the frontier of what T2V can become, investing in AI, HR technology, and machine learning to build tools that keep FulcrumQ and its clients ahead of the curve. Shefali spent her early career at Unilever as Global Lead of Diversity, where she embedded inclusion into operating processes and led HR for an international investment bank in India. These experiences across geographies, industries, and organizational scales gave her a practitioner’s lens that sharpens every aspect of her current work, from executive coaching to international business expansion across five continents. She holds an MBA in HR, is a Certified Executive Coach (Academy of Executive Coaching) and Professional Certified Coach (ICF), and is certified in Hogan, MBTI, StandOut, and ontological coaching through the Newfield Network. Her perspective is further shaped by her role as an investor and board member for venture capital and HR tech firms, where she helps steer the evolution of human capital solutions. Her social impact work includes board service at the Global Justice Center, a nonprofit that partners with creative feminists who use international law to achieve gender equality and dismantle systems of oppression.
