He has led and transformed multibillion-dollar global businesses, built or turned around and exited growth companies, and created new ventures from scratch. Prior to FulcrumQ, Rajev served as MD, Private Equity at Everstone Capital, leading platform operations and co-leading deals across consumer and adjacent sectors. Portfolio outcomes included a successful consumer business carveout, scaling a pharma distribution aggregation thesis, incubation of an e-Pharmacy (now a unicorn), and scaling a nutraceutical’s growth business. Before PE, he led scaled Unilever businesses, rising from intern to Global VP for Skincare Strategy and M&A. At FulcrumQ, Rajev leads the global firm with responsibility for Asia, Africa, ME, and the Global PE practice.
