Sumeet Salwan is the founder of FulcrumQ. Connecting Talent to Value™, the core IP behind his work, defines the handful of decisions — roles, structures and talent moves — that, give CEO’s, CHRO’s and investors a repeatable system to move their strategy faster. The framework draws on three decades of his operating experience in geographies and industries, across both corporate and PE.
