As a former client and talent leader adopting Talent to Value at Novartis, he led the work to deploy the methodology across the enterprise and supported building a global practitioner community and integrating this work into ongoing leadership routines. His experience focuses on translating high-level business strategy into specific talent and organization actions across several Fortune 500 organizations.
