Prior to FulcrumQ, she served as Director of Global People Strategy & Analytics for a top-tier global law firm, where her work included building data-informed HR mechanisms, reimagining the firm’s employee listening ecosystem, and launching leadership development programs that earned exceptional satisfaction scores. Earlier at Accenture, she served as Chief of Staff to the CHRO for a 365,000-person Technology organization and spearheaded global employee experience transformations spanning recruiting, wellbeing, and HR innovation across Talent roles. Her work focuses on translating complex talent challenges into innovative data-driven actions that elevate workplace culture, employee experience and organizational performance.
