Ali Reza is a Partner at FulcrumQ, based in New York. He brings nearly three decades of experience across private equity, operational transformation, strategy consulting, and leadership development — helping organizations navigate pivotal moments where execution, leadership, and enterprise value become deeply interconnected.
Ali brings particularly deep experience across private equity-sponsored healthcare services organizations, including pediatric behavioral health, elder care, ambulatory surgery, physician services, imaging, and multi-site healthcare operations. Across these environments, he has worked extensively on value creation programs, leadership alignment, executive assessment, succession pipeline development, and operating model transformation.
Prior to joining FulcrumQ, Ali held leadership and advisory roles across BCG, TPG, KKR, and multiple private equity-backed healthcare organizations. His work has included 100-day plans, multi-year value creation programs, carve-outs, post-merger integrations, executive coaching initiatives, and enterprise-wide transformation efforts across healthcare, consumer, and industrial sectors.
Ali holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
