How Academy Works
Talent to Value Academy delivers structured learning through executive workshops, webinars, diagnostic protocols, and real-world application frameworks. Cohorts work through the science in the context of their own organizations, applying Talent to Value principles to live strategy, live roles, and live decisions.
How the Academy
Programs are delivered?
The Talent to Value™ program leverages modern adult-learning science, as well as an engaging mix of virtual tools. The certification journey can take between six weeks and six months to complete and includes the following:

Sumeet Salwan
Founder
Sumeet Salwan is the founder of FulcrumQ. Connecting Talent to Value™, the core IP behind his work, defines the handful of decisions — roles, structures and talent moves — that, give CEO’s, CHRO’s and investors a repeatable system to move their strategy faster. The framework draws on three decades of his operating experience in geographies and industries, across both corporate and PE. Sumeet has partnered with more than a 100 CEOs navigating the gap between strategic ambition and organizational readiness to help them pivot their businesses and deliver strategy. He is equally passionate about re-inventing human capital practices with innovation hungry talent leaders and CHRO’s by reimagining talent solutions around value creation rather than process management. He has continuously sought to disrupt traditional thinking around human capital and bring an entrepreneurial, commercial edge to his talent work. Sumeet spent the first 20 years of his career at Unilever, in roles spanning India, Netherlands, UK and Singapore. In his final role with Unilever, he moved to the US as their Head of HR. He then served as CHRO for the Johnson & Johnson Consumer and Medical device company. Beyond his corporate experience, he has worked with PE portfolio companies across 20+ PE funds globally, aligning talent architectures and organization readiness with the investment theses. Sumeet is a member of the Forbes Business Council and a contributor to IMD Business School's thought leadership platform. Formerly he has served on the advisory boards of Lee Hecht Harrison, HRPS (SHRM Executive Network), and SVPGlobal , a $25B AUM global investment firm. His social impact work includes board service at Enactus US and Sakhi for South Asian Survivors, focused on gender justice.

Shefali Salwan

Shefali Salwan is the founder of FulcrumQ. As the architect of the Talent to Value Academy, she leads the capability-building engine that certifies the next generation of T2V practitioners and transfers the methodology into client organizations worldwide. Her work ensures that Talent to Value moves from advisory insight to embedded organizational muscle. Over the course of her career, Shefali has personally coached CEOs from more than 50 countries and guided over 150 C-suite leaders through deep-dive assessments and development plans, all anchored in connecting human capital decisions directly to value creation, not process management. She is passionate about pushing the frontier of what T2V can become, investing in AI, HR technology, and machine learning to build tools that keep FulcrumQ and its clients ahead of the curve. Shefali spent her early career at Unilever as Global Lead of Diversity, where she embedded inclusion into operating processes and led HR for an international investment bank in India. These experiences across geographies, industries, and organizational scales gave her a practitioner's lens that sharpens every aspect of her current work, from executive coaching to international business expansion across five continents. She holds an MBA in HR, is a Certified Executive Coach (Academy of Executive Coaching) and Professional Certified Coach (ICF), and is certified in Hogan, MBTI, StandOut, and ontological coaching through the Newfield Network. Her perspective is further shaped by her role as an investor and board member for venture capital and HR tech firms, where she helps steer the evolution of human capital solutions. Her social impact work includes board service at the Global Justice Center, a nonprofit that partners with creative feminists who use international law to achieve gender equality and dismantle systems of oppression.

Bill Allen brings nearly 20 years of experience as a CHRO for major listed companies, supported by a career where more than a third of his tenure was spent in international markets. As the former HR leader for A.P. Møller-Mærsk, a $60B global conglomerate, he architected an operating system for 110,000 employees that fueled a wholesale cultural and business transformation across 120 countries. Throughout his career, including twelve years at PepsiCo and leadership roles at Macy’s Inc. and Atlas Air, he has specialized in translating complex corporate strategies into high-leverage talent and organization actions, such as executing CEO successions and restructuring global HR functions to enable enterprise value. Today at FulcrumQ, Bill serves as a Senior Partner where he provides executive advisory to private equity firms and boards, applying the Science of Talent to Value to ensure leadership and performance systems are precisely aligned with value creation ambitions.
